The Learning Agility Cohort is a four-week, LIVE immersive learning experience to transform your overflowing curiosity and ambition into your biggest competitive advantage.
You have a lot of Big Ideas. You also have a lot of opportunities, abilities, and talents. So, what is your next step?
If you feel like you are drowning in information, ideas, inspiration, and unlimited options, the Learning Agility Cohort is created to help you:
LEARN where to focus
LEARN which areas you need growth
LEARN how to learn
And, most importantly, LEARN how to take action so that you can go after your Big Idea.
If personal knowledge management helps us unlock the full potential of what we know, then personal learning management helps us unleash the full potential of what we can learn.
Hi there, I'm Tracy! I'm also a multi-potentialite.
As a strategic consultant, learning experience designer, and entrepreneur, I’ve spent more than 15 years researching, designing, and facilitating learning experiences for Fortune 500 executives, social impact organizations around the world, and best-selling authors.
I’m obsessed with human potential.
What started as a desire to refine my own learning habits prompted a lifelong mission to help others do the same.
Through my work and research, I found the difference between those who make their Big Idea happen and those who don’t, is in the ability to master Learning Agility. And now, I apply these principles to everything I do.
What is Learning Agility?
Learning Agility is "the ability and willingness to quickly learn and adapt in new or unfamiliar situations." In short, it is the neurological flexibility to learn that which is most important to achieving our goals. But learning is only part of the equation. We also have to unlearn the habits, ideas, or beliefs that stand in our way.
In times of uncertainty, change, or opportunity we, as humans, need to acquire a level of learning agility to drive a thriving self-actualized life.
I'll be your guide as we walk through the proven process of developing learning agility. Together we’ll use my four-step process to harness your curiosity and win your future.
In the Learning Agility Cohort we use a four-step personal learning management process:
1.
Get Clear on Learning Priorities
2.
Organize
Your Resources
3.
Activate
Your Habits
4.
Track Progress & Impact

The Cohort Experience: How You'll Learn
Virtual Learning Experience
Here’s where we’ll do the heavy lifting. This is not a sit-and-get-lecture format. These four immersive LIVE sessions include a series of “thinktivities” that require participants to practice, contribute, and reflect.
You will learn how to master Learning Agility and activate your individual Learning Habit Loop, which are the driving forces needed to close the gap between where you are today and your Big Idea.
Thinktivities
“Thinktivities” are exercises designed to solidify the topics we cover together in the live sessions. They are designed for universal learning but the results will vary depending on your insights and your aspirations.
These “thinktivities” will be available to explore live during our sessions and at your own pace in the online learning platform.
Weekly Supporting Content
Maximize your progress throughout the cohort with supplementary lessons and exercises that support our LIVE sessions, dropped each week.
This growing library of resources will enrich your learning experience throughout the cohort and for future endeavors. It’s designed to be used over and over again.
Exclusive Cohort
Community
You can’t do this alone! Continue the conversation in our online community— full of fellow multi-potentialites for you to connect with.
This is a generous space for cohort members to give and get support, feedback, and accountability.
Customizable

Organizations I've Worked With
What are people saying about the Learning Agility Cohort?
Courtney Cleland Duncan
Managing Director, Retail Product Marketing, Charles Schwab
Our marketing team developed an empowering sense of clarity around our own personal and team learning priorities at a pivotal time. Tracy's guidance through the "thinktivities" allowed for insightful reflection to feed into planning and action. The pop-up community of practice and step-by-step process allowed us to walk away with meaningful habits and plans for our professional learning growth all aimed at our own BIG IDEAS.
Inês Veloso A Carriço
Training Lead, Microsoft
Sometimes I find myself overwhelmed with new information and wanting to know more & more. This learning experience series made me reflect on the fact that I cannot know everything. It's important to prioritize and focus on one thing at a time if we want to really learn and practice our learnings. Tracy was very good at engaging and making guiding us through the process. This was a really wonderful experience!
Richard Whiteside
Principle Learning Experience Designer, Nazaré
It was great to be involved in your trial run Tracy. It's a superb idea and should be really useful, potentially game/life/career-changing for some people!
Anuschka Ruge
Facilitator, Affective Facilitation
Appreciated the clear breaking down from big goals to implementable and trackable practices. I gained clarity on behaviors that can support an impactful learning habit. I most appreciated Tracy's way of explaining concepts with meaningful examples.
Ravena Amaral
Analista de Gente e Gestão Pleno, Eu Médico Residente
The dynamic on Miro was really great, the theoretical basis and also the support from people. This learning experience helped me start and organize my HR analytics studies. It helped me a lot to keep me going in my learning goal. Tracy is very welcoming, present and has a lot of technical capacity on the subject.
More about me:
I am a mom to two high-energy boys, a learning experience designer, a strategic consultant, a facilitator, a podcaster, and an entrepreneur.
For 15 years, my mission has been unlocking human potential through learning optimization.
Whether it was in the academic, professional, or personal setting, I realized I had to figure out how to close the gap between what I could do (at that time) and what I wanted to do next.
There were no shortcuts to attending a competitive college prep school, playing Division I lacrosse, moving abroad to teach in the public schools of Mexico, building an ed-tech app (with 1.5 million users!), collaborating in a state-wide initiative that impacted over 500,000 students, or even learning how to style the curls you see in my picture. But through targeted effort and establishing a better learning habit loop, it hit me, that mastering Learning Agility as a skill, was the key that consistently propelled me forward.
This is what I want for you.
